    Update...We cut Milo down to one Cephlaxin a day and 2 fish oil capsules daily..and no OTC benadryl...So far, his itching has gone WAY down, almost non-existent..His coat is shinier and eyes brighter..I think we are on a good path, so far, so good!

    hydrogen peroxide after you have removed all the hair one inch outside the skin sore. Works every time. We wash the area about three days in a row before we see it go away.

    In The Backwoods
    I have a rottweiler and he had the same problem with itching and stinking even though he was clean. So I took him to the vet and they said that he had a allergic reactions to flea bites... So they gave him a shot and a allergy pill and I started him on Revolution again. And now he is fine
