OK, opening the Control Center finally figured me out........... It takes more of an upward "flick" type of swipe rather than the "drag" swipe I was doing.

Now if everyone would just hassle the hell out of -> www.apple.com/feedback for a fireware upgrade that will get considerable more volume out of these earbuds.

I just dropped a C-note on a pair of Klipsch earbuds Apple sells so I would really like to ROCK when I WANT TO ROCK !!

iOS 7.01.03 out today. The swipe issue I had opening the Control Center is now completely resolved.
