    I assume not. Why would Gunsite be accountable for the conduct of its students off the property?

    If the students were doing as instructed Gunsite would be accountable.*


    *I doubt that anyone at Gunsite told them to do what they were doing. I have a feeling that came up with that stupidity all on their own.:D

    Anytime training is going on with firearms,especially fast paced realistic training, there is the risk of someone getting hit. During my military years I knew more then a few guys that were killed in training incidents including the best friend I have ever had. I was at a class a few years ago. During weak hand drawing techniques a student shot himself with a Glock. Even with all the best possible safeguards in place, it is gonna happen. It is the nature of the beast.
