    Again, you're still missing my point. She's free to express her political views. Nowhere have I said she can't have freedom of speech or expression. I simply believe those who actively work against what our founders fought and died for don't deserve to wave it.

    She can also display a flag she just cannot hang it from the guard rail.

    I suspect I understand what you mean about "those who actively work against what our founders fought and died for" but if I do understand you, I don't agree with you, and if I'm misunderstanding you, I don't see how you make the leap from "in public housing" to "actively working against".


    And, Bunnykid68, if you look at the picture in the OP, the flags aren't hanging from the guard rail; they're sticking up from the guard rail. Nitpicky, though that may be, there might be some safety justification for forbidding a hanging flag, but there can't be any for the flags, as displayed.
