The neighborhood on the northeast corner of 52/High School is mope-rich. There are some decent citizens in there but there are many mopes.

The interstate runs near there from downtown. The area Apts. are full of A$$ bags.

What's going on is a direct result of nicer weather.

I liven the NE side and I would think something is wrong if I did not hear sirens at least once a day. My S&W M&P .40 is my constant companion, because My other constant companion "Arthur Itis" makes running nearly impossible!

If Government would stop supporting the "Arts", this city might have the money to hire more LEO's and buy the necessary equipment! Mind you I have nothing against "The Arts" I simply believe that domain belongs to the Philanthropists in this community.

I'm ok with the arts, I don't believe in giving money to for-profit sports teams.
