Romanian WASR10. My dad was shooting it. Tech sights. Accurized by myself and it will get about 2" at 100 yards.

I just picked this up a few days ago..I threw that poly mag away and purchased some new 30 round steal magazines. So far, the biggest headache about this rifle is that the receiver cover wont stay on..any Ideas how I can fix that..I intend to order the wooden grips for it and maybe a rail system. The weapon was order from SOG.. Im hoping they will amend the cover issue.

When you slide the cover into the slot on the Rear Sight Base (RSB) and push the cover down over the retaining button at the rear, see if the bottom of the cover sits in the open area at the rear of the receiver, or if it is protruding over the end. You may need to bend it in slightly to get it to stay down.

This picture will have to do for now. Bought the rifle last week, got the parts in today, and converted it over lunch and a movie.

    Saiga 308 16" running a PK-AS. Awaiting three 20 round Uinta magazines.

Cut down the BHO, blued it and pitched it back in since. I would give it the full action polish job, but until I go out and shoot it I'm going to wait. I'd prefer not do all of that for no real reason. Might have to paint the bottom, not sure how the bluing will hold up, but as it has had time to sit up now, it looks quite good as opposed to spray paint.

It took me a LONG time to find the original furniture for the Maadi; when I bought it, TAPCO was installed.
