I will say I'm less fond of safeties, Cocked and locked or not.

I've decided to carry M9 cocked and unlocked, that way I'm at the same readiness as I was when carrying my Glock. I've found it is just as safe as my Glock in or out of the holster.
I'm hoping Caleb pulls through and has a video of meI'm glad you got me!!
I only had one. Which sucked, but it wasn't HORRIBLE.
I'm not going to say it's unreliable yet.
I'm going to practice these drills more, and if it happens regularly, then I'll agree.
OK.... I'm not gonna stay up waiting on these videos to import from my phone any longer tonight. I'm starting Zombieland on Netflix while I fall asleep. I'll get the pics and vids up tomorrow.
Laterz.

I was almost thinking the same thing with my 1911's. But I think instead I'm going to try a different holster and just practice my draw and shoot more.
It was throwing some good ones!I'm waiting for the fireball pics from my M44.
I had a great time!
Kinda bummed that I forgot my camera.
was great meeting some new members and seeing the ones from PWS1!
And a special thanks to HK for the training and also letting me shoot the micro tech!
And another special thanks to Samot for letting me rock out on "the dragon" that thing is a beast!
I gotta get some sleep....that drive sucked!
I think it is not safe to do that with 1911s... I think the hammer will be resting right on the firing pin. Not sure, though.
Truth. It's either cocked and locked, cocked and ready to fail, or sitting on an empty chamber.I think it is not safe to do that with 1911s... I think the hammer will be resting right on the firing pin. Not sure, though.
