China says IS fighters back from Syria caught in Xinjiang

The top Communist official in China's Xinjiang said Tuesday that extremists from the mainly Muslim region have been apprehended after returning from fighting in Syria with the Islamic State group.

Zhang Chunxian, party head in Xinjiang, told reporters that the radicals were caught when a terror plot was recently uncovered, reported the Global Times, which is affiliated with the ruling party mouthpiece People's Daily.

He said that they had returned to Xinjiang, the homeland of China's Uighur ethnic minority, to participate in violent terror plots, the report said. He apparently gave no details, including the number of people apprehended.

Hey! I was at the range earlier today too. I also appreciate the updates.
These IS turds are are much more vile than any other foe I recall in my lifetime. Their acts are heinous and they are targeting other religions and other stripes of their own religion. I am not Catholic but really appreciate/ commend the Pope for his commentary on this. Hey I don't always agree with the Pope but he does speak what he feels is true and he is 100% correct on this issue.
It is a drag we have to get these news items from the UK or other sources.....

Obama lies like a rug. It wasn't the invasion of Iraq that created ISIS. ISIS started in Syria and then only made its way into Iraq because of Obama's pullout and the power vacuum there.
