I live on the west side in Logan...the little girl was barefoot and in a nightgown. Mom didn't call till two hours later...this is not a good neighborhood any more...lot's of welfare and immigrants. I would not be surprised to find out the mother had been out all night and got home at 8:30. Logansport has been averaging about 6 Hispanic child molesters a year for the past few years and my neighborhood is like little Mexico now.
