We kept two of the three tiny terrorists this weekend while the daughter and SiL went to wedding in Chicago.

As usual, immediately after walking into the house they both pronounced they were hungry.

The wife asked, what do you want?

The both answered, pop's pulled pork. :D

So off to the store we went and came home with a 4lb shoulder roast. I normally don't mess with anything under 10Lbs, but time was of the essence. They were not pleased with the six hour cook time, but seemed to like the result. They both have some serious food allergies, so meat and fruit is about all they eat. So it was pulled pork for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks until it was gone.
