Fish fry last night. Catfish, Croppie, shark and Spanish mackerel oh, and some catfish buffalo style. Shark and Spanish mackerel were blackened.

Did a bunch of Hamburgers over the campfire yesterday while camping with my in-laws didn't get any pictures.

Today I did chicken legs with killer hogs the bbq rub and blues hog original. Used cherry for the little bit of smoke.

Tomorrow is ribs with the same rub and either blues hog original or sticky fingers original.

Have you tried McCormick's Blackened Old Bay on Fish, shrimp or scallops yet?

Did a 10 lb. shoulder on the kamado joe, smoked for 12 hours.
Wasn't 100% tender but I had to speed it up for company, so into the instant pot for an hour to hit fall apart tender.
Now I'm stuffed and tired.

Brined and smoked a couple of deer hams for lunch meat. This one’s getting parted out and put back in the freezer.

It was Kebabapalooza tonight for my son's birthday dinner. My mother-in-law has a severe mushroom allergy so those were skewered separately. Also did a couple dozen ears of corn on the grill, but no pics of that.
