Yeah some bill on soaked paper? I am confused.
To be fair, in my drug detection training in the military during the 1970's-1980's-early 1990's, one of the methods for delivering some drugs like LSD and similar stuff was "window panes" or "postage stamps" and other small pieces of paper with the stuff embedded in it. The paper would be licked, chewed, etc. Occasionally some idiot slick-sleeve would swallow it all to get rid of it to avoid a bust . . . to severe medical consequences. If you knew what it looked like, you pretty much knew what it was when you saw it . . . but it still required testing.
