    Very Early 1911.

Lower is a 1914 Springfield with flaming bomb/artillery symbol. These were on contract by Colt during certain serial ranges since Colt could not keep up with Government need. No. 106443

Slide is a Colt circa 1918. Most likely saw action in WWI and many were mismatched in the field or at the armory.

I believe most parts are original. Barrel is not original. It has been professionally re-blued/refurbished. It was done by NIGHTHAWK CUSTOM (one of the country’s top 1911 manufacturers). The quality is fantastic.

Unlike the museum pieces, this is a piece of history that you can show off and shoot. It is a great shooter!

    $2200

Prefer cash but would entertain some trades. Classic Colt revolvers, snake guns, pythons, Colt SP1s etc are my main interests. BCM ARs and CMMG 10mm or 45acp sub guns may also be considered.
