lots of people heard someone screaming "help!" in the second or third call you can actually hear the scream.

I myself have been suspended from middle school for a week at a time that doesn't mean that I should have been shot no matter what my parents thought, no matter where in public I was walking. I cann't see how this guy will not be charged eventually with something.

Notice that they used the term "Justifiable Homicides." While technically accurate (Homicide = killing another human being) it no doubt was worded intentially to paint as killers those who refuse to retreat and instead defend themselves, rather than someone that refuses to be a victim and uses deadly force to defend themselves. Semantics, yes...but there is a clear difference between self defence and murder.

This guy most likely crossed that line. Hopefully the courts will find the issue was not with the law in this case, but with the one that broke the law.

The scary thing is if the shooters were reversed, if Martin has shot Zimmerman, it would have been a completely clean shoot. Confronted and attacked by an unknown stranger while you're walking home. THAT is self defense.

Interesting that only now, after the activists are frustrated that they cannot manufacture charges against this guy, a "witness" emerges after all this time. This case is taking on all the aura of Democrats manufacturing votes on election day when they find out they're 700 short......

All of you posting above who seem to think you know what happened that night.....all you really know is what the liberal media, who desperately needs this case to be sensationalized for their ratings (read $$$), want you to know.

Very good point ... but how much you wanna bet the young man would have been immediately arrested.
