I just got dragged to the county fair again for $1.00 ride night. I was coerced into riding The Himalaya with my oldest kid. Beat me to death. What happened to the days of Van Halen and Motley Crue music while spinning around at 30 mph? And to top it all off, Mexicans were running the ride, and had a American pre-recorded"carnie" yelling..."if you want to go faaaaaasterrrr.....screeeeeeeeaaaammmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Went to a mediation down in Evansville today. Had I been able to predict when it would end I would have hit up some of the INGOers down there for a meet up. As it was we started at 10 and got done about 3:30. A couple of us went to a place called The Acropolis for a late lunch/early dinner. I had a gyros and a greek salad. Service was super quick.

I really thought hard, but I didnt' know if I would be done at 10:30 or 6:30 and I didn't want to screw with anyone's schedule.
