It seems to me that if the gun is locked up in the RV, then the criteria of 18 USC § 926A would be met as all passengers would be in the tow vehicle. What is the difference in a gun being locked up in a trunk vs in the RV? Any thoughts?
Of course Z does not have to keep a low profile. It is just common sense for previously cited reasons and for safety. Certainly his lawyers would prefer this approach. As would I. The sooner this becomes old news the better for us all. The flaunt it if you got it attitude is just stupid.
The ballistics differences are significant and critical depending on the chosen use of the rounds. I certainly would not want to hunt deer with a 5.56. And I was only addressing the ballistics. The original commentators wording was all inclusive as you confirmed and was not appropriate to the...
Certainly Zimmerman has every right to visit a gun factory, but his attorneys are correct that the timing of the gun factory visit is not the best. Zimmerman is suing NBC and his attorneys are pursuing sanctions against the Florida prosecutors for allegedly withholding case discovery evidence...
Why don't you take your unnecessary and erroneous argumentative comments elsewhere. The 6.8 outperforms the the 5.56 and 300 BLK in pretty much every measurable lethal category (muzzle energy, penetration, etc.) I have reviewed.
Relative to the original post, most commentators appear to...
I actually like my 92FS a lot. I purchased the 92FS last fall used at the Greenfield Gun Show. The gun is a VERTEC model in Stainless Steel. The VERTEC was manufactured for about four or five years in the early 2000s. It is basically the 92FS with a shorter barrel and a modified alloy lower...
Like I just posted "And the reason for this post is? Why does this site have so many irrelevant unnecessary comments. Just seems so many just want to run up their post count."

Have owned 2 Taurus models. The first was the copy of the S&W 617 9 shot 22 revolver. I subsequently purchased the S&W model and from a build quality and function stand point to me there was minimal to no difference between the 2 guns. The real difference was in the price. The second Taurus I...
The following was extracted from the original poster's documents. It is a very good summary of the known facts of the Zimmerman Martin case just prior to the shooting and the the subsequent events that lead to his indictment and trial. This case shows just how much we are all at risk if we are...
With all do respect to your LEO experience (and I am appreciative of your service), this type of antidotal commentary proves nothing. Did any of the rounds pierce vital organs. Were the 38s FMJs? Of the 18 rounds of + p +, how many rounds were fired after the guy had already incurred a mortal...
As the original poster asked "anybody hunt with a .450 bushmaster? - I too would like like to have comments about your experiences with the .450 bushmaster round and it's strengths and weaknesses, in your view. I would be especially interested in any hog hunting or additional deer hunting...
I too have no respect for Morgan and his far left bias, be it guns or politics. Ne is a self centered know it all that, and as pointed out above, does not have a clue. His position on the Zimmerman Martin encounter is very similar to remarks made by other CNN commentators. They all choose not to...
As an alternative to a straight 1911 and the 4 weapons you listed, there are several 1911 like high quality guns out there that can oftentimes be found at well under $500 you might want to consider. For example, I have seen the Sig 226 and the Beretta 92FS in very good condition sell at very...
Trying to save some money on ammo, I had some good success with a modified dry fire routine. Read about the process some years back. First, I fired the gun about 50 rounds, lightly cleaned the gun but did not oil. I then used some stiff cardboard such as from an energy bar box, doubled the...
Purchased the P238 for my wife a few months ago. We have ran a couple of hundred rounds through it without any problems. Nice high quality Sig. The wife is very satisfied with it. I have since purchased the Sig P938 for me. I am pleased with it also. I had previously acquired the Ruger LCP and...
I still own the LCP, owned and sold the P3AT after acquiring the LCP, have not touched the P380 but I owned for 5 years and sold the Kahr PM9 which apparently has many operating characteristics similar to the P380 per articles I have read. The LCP, to me, is a much better quality build that the...
So you too think that The American Rifleman and Guns and Ammo is "pretty funny"? But you, as others almost always do, provide no proof of this comment.
I have consistently stated that the M&S body of work is labeled by many who reference it as controversial but I have yet to read an article...
So you would be so proud you killed another individual you would put an inscription on the gun? Reminds me of the old west movies where the gunslinger would notch his gun after each killing. Your mother must also be so proud of you.
