I buy most my stuff from Tomlinsons but recently found Wrigley on Lima has primers by the case for 30.99 which is the cheapest over ever seen. Not alot of powder selection. Gander is worthless for primers unless you want cci large rifle. I do get my H335 there it's 23.99 cheapest around...
Thought I would update everyone I finally got my LTCH AFTER A YEAR AND TWO MONTHS! I emailed my state rep. And the governor's office. Then a week later ISP called me personally to let me know it's in the mail. But time sad thing is since then I've gotten married so the gun fund is low. lol she's...
I have had the same thing happen to me. Except I didn't fill out my race. Sent mine I think July 28th. Got a letter asking to fill out my race which I did then sent it back, I think it was in early Nov. I had excitement when I first sent out my application, and would check the mail hoping it was...
After sending mine in the paper route in the end of July, I got on here to see wait time saw that the electronic route was faster. Advised a buddy to go electronic route. He got his back in about a week. As for me I'm still waiting..... going on 8 weeks not impressed
Alright guys I'm gonna throw some more sticks into the fire....so reading on here LTCH is taking like 7-8 weeks. It'll be a month Sunday for me. So that being said the 1911 gun fund has some more time to grow....
So lets say you had around or over a grand just for a 1911 what would you look...
Sounds like I need to contact the Sheriff's Dept. And make sure it got sent out. It'll be a month Sunday and its driving me nuts. Been holding off buying a 1911 so I won't be tempted. Guess the wait is just gonna mean the gun fund will be in Kimber range haha.
I shoot that range mainly archery...I can only imagine what the ederly lady in the DNR shack had to say...
Side Note: Guys with AR's hate it when you out shoot them at a 100yds with a Mathews.
...There was something wrong about that grip install...guess he finally put his finger on the issue
Went in there last thursday and they didnt have any, sounded like they were unsure of when they would get one in. Also was given a price 200 over what I can get it for at GunBroker
Had originally looked into the XDm I have a buddys dad that own ones got to shoot it a couple weeks back nice gun, shoots well I bet in one session i put 200 through it, just like the look an feel of 1911 to much
Raising my price range is only a matter of waiting lol problem is I have little patience. Still waiting on my license to return from the state, seems they are taking their time. My father is going to allow me to carry any of his guns until I make a purchase. Current options are:
Colt Woodsman...
Hey guys,
I'm new to the forum and looking at getting my first 1911. Would like some information on various makers. I'd like to stay under 850 if I can, but being my first handgun buy I willing to go over due to this will become a lifetime keeper. Leaning right now to the Springfield...
