      An individual who has served his/her time should have their rights completely restored upon release. Their inabilty to pocess firearms is a clear violation of their second amendment rights.

      I am still to scared to OC in Bloomington. I walk a lot in downtown near the campus and I am afraid of a student calling the police and thus causing me a headache. I think that I will can muster up the courage to start doing this summer after the students have left town.
