I will be going to the Chicago area(Bolingbrook) in a couple of weeks and just wondering once i cross the state line what the law is as far as a hand gun in the car. Does it have to be locked in a personal gunsafe? ok to put it in the glove box locked(no trunk, ill be in a truck)? Or better...
Just wanted to say thanks to Coach. The wife and i took a 2hr private lesson with him last weekend and it was time well spent as we are both newbies to the world of firearms. We learned alot in the short time of training we had with him and plan on taking other classes he offers in the future...

AR 15 armorer to check headspace
I just completed my first ar 15 build and im looking for an armorer to check the head space before shooting. Any suggestions for someone in the indianapolis area is appreciated.

Im building my first AR and in the process of looking for a barrel for under $300. I want a 16 inch mid length, 1/7 twist(unless others suggest differntly), the gun will be used for target,plinking and home defense/shtf(incase we get there)
