      I will still use the pocket clip as needed when the sheath gets in the way or if I am wanting to conceal the knife more like if I'm wearing dress pants with my shirt tucked in. I wanted to keep the carry options as versatile as possible.

      I think it is defiantly doable. It would be much more so if you used vacuum forming. It would require you to cut the head to have a flat side on the back.
