We started NCIS over from the beginning and am enjoying it. It’s hard finding a kid friendly show that I enjoy. When the kids are down, Bosch on prime. Oh and I’ve also started Nazi Treasure Hunters on Hulu.
At one point I was anti Glock carrying only Sigs and HKs. When my dept switched to Glock I didn't have a choice. Now I like them but i'll never admit it.
I love my Sig 1911 and carry it often. I have never had a problem with malfunctions or the finish. As far as holsters, there are more now but can still be hard to find. I solved that by learning to make my own out of kydex. Over 2000 rds and still looks and run good.
If your friend is still looking, this is what I have. I will be in Indy from Tues-Sat. I am willing to work more with a LEO.

I placed an order on 3/24 and got half of my order. He will no longer return my emails and the window for me to dispute it through paypal and my credit card have closed.
+1 for glock. I carry a H&K USPC 40 and love it but H&K is not for everyone. Depending on your budget, small budget go glock, bigger budget look at the Sigs and H&K.
I've recently started to take my 9yr son to the range with me and from a fathers stand point it is some of the best times i've had in along time. My father goes with us some times and my son thinks that is even better. There's nothing like 3 generations doing something together that they all...
I've got about 700 rds through mine at this point and have had 3 FTF and 1 FTE. Other then that it has been a smooth reliable shooter. I also have a LWRC that I spent more on and can't really tell the difference. A buddy of mine has a Stag piston and it feels like a lower quality gun when...
Being different names on the upper and lower, you might have more luck if you split them up. I have seen bushy lowers go from $250-400. The colt upper I don't know as much about. A new Colt 6940 upper runs in the $700-850 range NIB. If you can find the right collector for the colt you shouldn't...
I own both a DGI and a Piston and love them both. Really the only difference for me is that after a long day at the range the piston is very easy and quick to clean.
2171 rounds and I love it BUT it's a bit on the heavy side, the stock feels like a cheap toy and the sights are only just ok. First basic setup is a Aimpoint, Tango Down forword grip and a Magpul single point sling. 3 FTE, 9 FTF all with wolf. All other brands went in and out with no problems...
