      In every unit I have ever been in, a 1st class PFT score is the standard. If you score less than that you are put on remedial pt(extra workouts). A female 1st class PFT'er would not score a 1st class on the male PFT.

      ^^^this...I've never seen a WM that could max out a male PFT either. show me 1 female marine that can buddy drag a 200 pound marine with 80 pounds of gear on and I will show you 1000 that can't. There might be a few out there, but they are most deffinately the exception rather than the rule.

      ^^ this is what we were told while in a combat life saver course a few years ago, but i cannot say if its true or not...I've never been unlucky enough to redress a wound that quickclot gauze was used on lol.

      The '94 AWB caused some shops to close because of the panic buying, much like the painic will probably do now. the problem is sustainablity, its nice to sell 3-6 months worth of inventory in 1 or 2 weeks...but when it takes a year or more for distributors to refill the pipeline shops don't have...

      Keep in mind that all proby dept's are different, Talk to your PO and find out if you are allowed to possess a firearm. That being said, I applied for and received my LTCH while on probation for OWI.

      Good luck finding one in the current atmosphere...6920's are one of the more desireable models so if you do happen to find one it will probably cost 2 or 3 times what it is worth.

      I was there when it opened, I picked up a 1 of the 2 glock 26's zx guns had:rockwoot:...they also had a handful of xds's that were gone by the time i finished my paperwork. ammo prices from what i saw were HIGH.
