I was in there earlier today, they are great people I've been a customer there for some time now. In case anyones interested I noticed a Springfield 1911 G.I. fulsize for $529.00 the lowest I've seen anywhere else is $599.00

I really like the Springfield Milspec, it just feels good in your hand. The thing I Like about it above the GI is the lowered & flared ejection port. I did look at some RIAs and for the price they seemed to be built nice & tight.

Edit: It's always been my experience that anything mechanical needs to be cleaned and maintained, even if not doing it doesn't hurt, it stands to reason that it just makes things last longer and have better resale...
I carry an XD45 Service Model in a Don Hume IWB at about 5 o'clock, I'm fairly tall so length dosen't make much difference, but I have to adjust the grip every now and then as it wants to show. But it's just like American Express don't leave home without it! That's my:twocents:
