The only muzzleloaders I have are flintlock. I have two longrifles and a Bess. The lonrifles are .36 and .50 caliber and the Bess is .75. The rifles have 44 inch Colerain swamped barrels and the Bess has a 46 inch Gets or Colerain (cannot remember which, the bore is .750). Vernon

      Is there any interest???

I finally had a chance to get to the range today. My time was limited, I only put 100 rounds through the 1927a1. Functioning was flawless, not one failure of any type. The rifle was shooting 10 inches low at 25 yards using the basic sight with the ladder folded down. Using the ladder...

      Is there any interest???

Chances are, that most of you already have more than one gun that would be suitable for the shoots. Any of you that are involved in SASS will have a pair of revolvers and a lever action that would be fine. The AZSA rules are here. Vernon

The mag holds 7 rounds, the pistol holds a total of 8 if you top off the mag after loading the chamber. Vernon

      Is there any interest???

Have a look at the link in the original post. If you think of SASS as a game of Cowboys with real guns, you can think of the AZSA as a game of Cops and Robbers with real guns. I'm attempting to start a local chapter in the central Indianan area. Here are a few more links. Zoot Shooters...

      Tax Refund Purchase?

I'll be adding a Thompson 1927a1 to my arsenal collection. The version I'm getting comes with a 50 rnd drum and 30 rnd stick magazine, it will be the detachable stock version. Later this year, I'll submit a form 1 and make it an SBR. Vernon

      Is there any interest???

Is there any interest??? AZSA Group Forming. Have a look here. I'm posting this to gauge interest in forming an Indiana Club. I have a range in mind and would like to have an idea of the interest in the central Indiana area before I approach them with a proposal. I have a 1911a1 and will...

      Apt Safe

I think the idea is that most would not think of a pop machine as a storage location for firearms. Vernon

      Its spelled RIFLE.

The only problem with spell checking software is that if will not flag a word used incorrectly. For example; the phrase "for sell" will not be flagged as misspelled. Neither would "riffle" be flagged when used where "rifle" is correct. Now "rifel" will be flagged since it is not a correct...

Depending on your budget, you may want to have a look at TVM. These kits are probably the best value available when you look at the quality of the parts and the amount of work done. I hope this helps. Vernon
