Whatever you use, make sure it's got a solid ratchet strap around the dolly and safe. Last thing you want is the dolly pulling out from underneath half way up.
Is a shotgun shell too large to fit through the mag well? (I don't have an AR to test.) I've seen a belt fed one on YouTube but as far as I know it isn't available for sale and was still a little buggy.
I have a NCStar that the guy at a gun show threw in with a rifle purchase. I put it on my 10/22 and it works just fine. Good enough for a rolling golf ball at 30 yards all day long.
I had a Barsca spotting scope that I left in the burn barrel the first time I took it to the range. 'Nuff said...

"The right arm of the free world"
CAI FAL (R1A1 model) Great rifle, not a single failure to feed, fire, or eject. Ever. Six 20-round mags.
Four sealed South African 200-round battle packs. Non-corrosive, brass/berdan. Great ammo, this isn't the junk Indian stuff that was circulating...
I have about a half dozen guns that I've inherited from grandparents/great grandparents. I couldn't ever let any of them go. The other is my first gun, a JC Higgins .22 bolt action. It has memory value to me, but on top of that I'd probably only get $50 for it. It's worth way more to me than...
TRADED
RIA 1911, like new, the only wear I saw when I looked it over was a few small marks on the rear half of the trigger, you can see it in the pics. I'll include 100 rounds Winchester FMJ and 100 rounds of Winchester JHP, plus a 20 round box of Gold Dots. All factory ammo. I have the...
I like picking up old bullets I find lying on the berm at the range. There are always quite a few on the surface, especially if we've had any rain. I like how shiny and clean these are. You get them before they even touch the dirt.
I've had one of these for over 15 years. It would be one of the last guns I'd ever part with if hard times hit.
For what it's worth, if you ever decide that you'd like something smaller check out the Rossi snubbies. Nice guns for the money.
Didn't see this listed yet, so hope it isn't a repeat.
Tiny black powder BB cannon. Looks like a lot of fun for under $30 shipped. I ordered two, I'll post a review when I get mine and get it out to the range. :delivery:
The Mateba Autorevolver is pretty unique.
So is the Rhino, which shoots from the bottom of the cylinder to reduce muzzle rise.
I've wanted a COP 357 derringer for a while, it's a 4-shot pepperbox 357.
Then there's the Gyrojets from the '60s.
Calico is an odd brand with their huge helical...
When I first moved back to the Indy area I stopped in and bought a Glock from them. Over the years I've been back a handful of times but I've always been disappointed in their selection and their attitude. Like when the guy behind the counter told me that a TC in 45/70 wouldn't take down a...
