Defensive? He said "To each their own". Even threw a smiley on there. That's about as non-defensive as you can get. "____ you, I didn't ask for recommendations" is defensive. Dude found THE gun he's looking for and is asking about pricing. He politely declined advice contrary to the brand...
The firing line at the range I belong to is paved with a layer .22 brass. If I could invent a magnet that picked up brass, I think I could get enough money in scrap to pay to actually pave the firing line.
Remember, kids. Never add lead that may possibly have any moisture to hot, molten lead. Serious splatter hazard.
Here are some shotgun slugs I made a while back.
Do you have a LTCH? Ever bought a gun where the ran a NICS check? You're already in more databases than you know. Giving your name to some dude on the interwebz isn't going to change much. I'd be more worried about handing out my mailing address than my name. Then people know where you live.
I don't own this specific model, but the way they normally work is that you click the switch all the way in and out to turn it on or off, and half-press the button to change the level. Most quality brands will remember your last setting and come back on at the same level.
It sounds awkward...
Traded.
Traded the gun, have the following ammo left over:
Indy/Noblesville area only, not really worth driving an hour for.
2x 50 round Winchester "Personal Protection" HP
1x 20 round Speer Gold Dot HP
I'll throw in a partial box of Winchester FMJ. Maybe 25 rounds?
Asking $60 or will...
