Unsure what it was all about, but doesn't seem like the safest place to let your youngins run around at unsupervised... From what I've found it was unprovoked/random violence.

Good for the little brother to try to help her out but the little guy couldn't have been greater than tens year old...

Hopefully it will make the news and the attacker is found (4Chan claims to have already found her and the info is also in the Liveleak comments...) and prosecuted.

I've already seen two loitering groups of teenage hood trash spending their saturdays in the park drinking, fighting, and throwing their trash all over the place.
