I rather like Franks for some things. Used to love one called Green Kryptonite, back when they made it. Nowadays I like Tabasco Jalapeno sauce for a green one. Bull Sauce is good for some things. Has a nice vinegary bite to it.

I'm a late bloomer... :): Just started getting into hot sause. Started with Franks and then noticed it has a bunch of sodium. Although I like the taste I was looking for something with less sodium so I picked out 4 at Marsh to test the other day that have half or less sodium.

What about yourself Fenway? Do you have a favorite?

I quit using hot sauces awhile back. I just dice up whole fresh habeneros now or use cayenne pepper. In the summer I grow a variety of hot peppers but personally lean towards the habenero.

Ditto on the Sriracha. That is my favorite hot sauce.

When doctoring up a bowl of salsa I mix a couple drops of Daves Insanity Sauce to give it a extra kick.
I wouldn't try using Daves without cutting it with something else, that stuff is take your breath away hot.

I make my own! I use Jalapino, Halberano, Ghost. Bell Chilis and v8. I cook until it starts to thicken then run through a sieve and boil down more. I then pressure can it. Pretty potent

I was slathering Sriracha on some wings a few days ago, squirting it like ketchup. You know it's made in California? One time I had a recipe that called for 3 or 4 drops of Red Hot, couldn't make up my mind so I did both. Could have dumped half the bottle in, but other people had to eat it. Japalenos (inside joke) make me hiccup, so I have to avoid them, which is ok because I don't like them anyway. I have some bhut jolokia seeds :evilangel: If you ever get down to Jungle Jim's in Cincinnati, they have a stand alone display with hundreds of hot sauces.

Hellfire in a bottle:D I was introduced to it by a guy who eats it like normal people eat Franks or Tabasco.
