The bank shut them down (loan default) a week or so ago. They are done.

Maybe they can reorganize, or someone can buy the assets and give it another try.

I don't think the bank will go with them again. I guess a sale would be more likely. I heard the range is like 75% done so it might be hard to sell the building for anything else.

Drove by today and the closed for inventory sign is still on the door. Anyone have insider information on the future of the property and range?

Just heard yesterday that a local grocery store bought the property for their new location. There is a backhoe there now tearing down the house on the corner. They are gutting the inside of the new brick building and will remodel for the grocery store. Too bad.
