Great point from Guy that I have not heard pointed out elsewhere...

In the Nashville, TN mass shooting, the media categorized the shooter's weapons as "assault weapons." The officers, using the same weapons, were reported as using "long guns."

But are they still going to make you show a receipt (that virtually nobody has) to get your gun back even though they KNOW its yours because they took it off your person or you reported the serial stolen, or have photo proof you possessed it prior to the theft, etc.?

THAT is the even bigger threat. With that undue burden, its even bigger than having to wait 2 years for testing.

If I heard it correctly, Guy said he is getting together a class action lawsuit for just this. He already has a client list of folks that do not have a receipt to claim their property, including his own mother.
