Dan Forestal pretty much wasted the 1st third of the show babbling in circles.
That was important interview as it displayed the current status of the anti-civil rights lobby--ignorant and completely dependent on the police.
We must step up (political) attacks on the police brass, especially the weak post-Pinner argument of the Indiana Sheriffs Association and the inane argument of the State Police.
As the best anti-tank weapon is another tank, we need to engage the one agency in Indiana that deals with Constitutional Carry every single day, the Indiana Department of Natural Resources.
What problems, if any, have the Indiana Conservation Officers had dealing with Constitutional Carry something they have had to do for decades.
Forestal was a filibustering moron. I feel embarrassed to share a first name with the guy.
They'd probably decide they need to spend millions of $$ on somehow providing that capability to DNR, in addition to radios.
Maybe, just maybe. Throwing money is like a reflex reaction to these people.
My point is that the anti-civil rights lobby has set themselves up for a throw. They have all their weight on the cop leg. Let's smash their knee with the DNR.
Every day DNR cops deal with people carrying guns without licenses. What problems has DNR had with this Constitutional Carry that they have been operating under for decades?
Someone tell Jim Lucas about this please.

I listened to it this afternoon. I almost felt sorry for Representative Forestall.
Feel sorry for Dan Forestal? I dont' get it.

John
I thought you had his number.
Don't all lawyers know all lawyers?
Lucas is a successful small businessman (awnings and roofing, IIRC), not an attorney.
