Badger Guns also known as Brew City Shooter Supply and Badger Outdoors is a gun shop in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The shop has been involved with several controversies regarding the straw purchase of guns, and the number of guns sold by the shop that have been used in crimes.The shop has had its license to sell firearms revoked, and to stay open, legal ownership of shop has changed hands several times, within the relatives and friends of the original owner. As of 2011 the shop will no longer sell guns, but will continue to sell ammunition and gun accessories. The shop will also continue to operate a shooting range.

There was a post on their facebook page that quoted either an article or ATF doc that said they would be able to sell firearms again.

My source is obviously outdated. I guess being a member to buy a gun is suppose to help cut down on straw purchases from there. They must be also know as the Don's of Wisconsin.

Yeah, that ^. Then BK made a comment like "so that's how you got approved to sell guns again? Exchanged unauthorized background checks without consent of your customers for it?"

and then after a few days of not checking facebook and im sure phone calls from their oh-so-loyal members they quickly deleted the facebook page to save face lol

They can take down their facebook page, BUT...

To All,

If you feel like letting them know your humble thoughts regarding their business practices you can go to Google Maps, look them up, and leave a review!

They can take down their OWN page but Google is Google and they can't touch that! At least not without getting into a big argument with a BIG company.

Just a thought...

Yes. The location and the family/owners have an extensive history. They pretty much **** in their own mess kit with this deal. All the locals know about it.

But, everyone on here "knows" about Don's guns and that does not put him out of business.

The article said no one was aware they had background checks run on them

Then they must observe the "Pelosi technique" of sign it then read it because the form they signed "indicates that one consents to a background check"

People are stupid, including many gun owners. Are you honestly surprised by that fact? Those people need a gun shop too.
