Why no Federal 22lr bulk packs?

Is there a better deal than $19 or $20 per brick online? I'm going to place an order in two weeks that's going to be very hard to pickup without bending your knees.

PSA had it for $17.99 but sold out during their Free Shipping promotion back in July and have not had it stock since.

Angola Walmart had a few but must have just got CCI stock in cause they had plenty mini-mags and stingers - around $6.50
