Been hearing and saying it for over a year now. Biden wins nomination. Biden bows out due to health or personal reasons. The party is then free to pick anyone they want. They will pick Newsom. This has been the plan for the last 2 years. They just need Biden to win the nomination, which is in the bag. And of course as Alex Jones said, if Biden doesn't bow out then there will be a death.
This ignores state election laws and dem party bylaws.

When have democrats ever followed or worried about laws???
This will be dems vs. dems. There is a tendency on INGO to ascribe to dems a diabolical cohesiveness that just is not true. There are no less that six and maybe ten that all have backers that want to be the nominee, then there are all of those that have power propping up bidet’s corpse. Keep watching they are about t begin a big internal war…

Looks like it will be Kamala Harris if he is replaced. It is the only legal way for Biden to be replaced in Ohio,Nevada, and Georgia(even if he himself withdraws)...two of the three are likely needed to win a national election.

*Unless they can change the laws in those states during an election year and in a way that would allow a replacement.

Little attention has been paid to what might be Kamala's greatest asset: her name on the $91.2 million Biden-Harris campaign account. Per federal election rules, in the event Biden drops out, that account can't simply be handed over to whomever the party eventually nominates for president -- unless it's Harris.

“Both candidates are on the account,” former Federal Election Commission (FEC) associate general counsel Kenneth Gross told NBC News. “And I would think that she would be able to use the money if she is running for president. She would be the only one that could do that.”

Critically, the Campaign Legal Center told NBC News that if Harris were merely the VP nominee paired with a new headliner, she wouldn't be able to tap the funds, as the new ticket would be considered an entirely different campaign organization. Political law attorney Claire Rajan said that was likely the correct interpretation of FEC law.

I disagree. You’re saying if Trump or Biden or both died or quit after being nominated neither party could put another in place to be voted on in the states. This is contrary to what has been said. If you like to provide viable links saying otherwise then please share.

It has been Patrick Bet-David saying for over a year the plan for Newsom to come in after the nomination and Biden bowing out. He’s on YouTube as Valuetainment. So far it’s going as planned. Before end of Summer it will happen. Just have to see. Have to go back a year ago to find the video.

If this is not the case why have even dead candidates not been able to be removed in many states much less replaced? Not sure of Indiana‘s laws on this. It will be a state by state deal. Then as posted above there’s is the nearly $100 million that dem donors have given to Biden that may be difficult to redistribute.

100%. Democrats will have state democrat courts change anything they want in their states. They won’t care about R states that they can’t win. Most the swing states are democrat controlled also. If they can’t swing that then maybe they just kill Biden like Alex Jones said. Just a call to Killary will do it.

This is probably the real reason they're circling the wagons. The Biden war chest can't be looted for another candidate, and Harris is the least popular person in the party.

That, and I'm fairly certain DNC internal polling shows literally everyone worse than Biden.

Who knows better than lifelong swamp dems about moving money around the direction they want?

It may not be so quick to be apparent, but you can bet there would be "investors" and non-profits that would take a "charity donation" to launder the money in "legit" expenditures until it is spread too thin to be traceable?

Kinda like that Hollywood sugar daddy who paid Hunter's back taxes? Trace that money to see if it wasn't Biden Crime Family money in the first place? Likely tracks are covered so well there is no trace?

Democrats spent the better part of Sunday convincing the President that stepping down was his idea and reminding him he said he'd bow out of the election and hand over power to either Gretchen Whitmer, Gavin Newsom, Michelle Obama, The Monopoly Man, or three members of Hamas stacked on top of each other wearing a trenchcoat but definitely NOT Kamala Harris.

Hitting the fan today and this week for Biden and democrats. Biden says he was tired form traveling the world and almost fell asleep on stage at the debate. But WH says he had a cold....? Unreal. Also reports 25 House democrats preparing to get Biden to step down now. At this point maybe Biden doesn't get nominated. Lots of things happening as democrats scramble like ticks from a dog flea collar.
