My new-to-me 1964 Smith and Wesson Model 28-2 Highway Patrolman .357.

Not to my knowledge, but I did get it on Gunbroker, so who knows. The model 28 came with a matte blue finish. The 27's were polished blue.

Recent purchase from my first Tipton gun show experience after being all cleaned up at the FBP (Fashionable Bachelor Pad where we work on guns, watch Season 4 of Justified and drink fine Indiana craft beer).

Smith & Wesson, M19-3, NRA Good, mechanically sound but 80-85% finish. Could not pass on the price point ("got into it right" as my dad would say). Stocks are after market.

That's exactly where they came from. Great guy to do business with and the inserts are immaculate. Plus, every 50th order he gets he sends out for free... better odds than powerball!

I scored multiple hits on steel at the 147yd line with that .500 but that was after he adjusted the sights. That gun is a beast!

Nah, you would have done fine with that particular one had it been sighted in for that range. It was quite accurate.
