I'm now carrying a M&P in 40 S&W. I also bought a 9mm barrel for it to shoot when I'm shooting the subgun. It beats trying to separate the 40 & 9mm brass.

S&W 4516-1 daily carry. Carried 9mm for a short while and a .40 for a long time, but seem to go back to .45acp.

I like them to have the same battery of arms DAO/no safety.

    If I could I would do this....:smileak:

Glock 26. I decided on 9mm because of quicker follow up shots, more rounds per magazine, and if it is good enough for SEAL Team 6 its good enough for me!

Pretty much always have a S&W 38 snub on me. I may also have a 40 S&W Glock as well if concealment isn't an issue.

Would *love* to carry a 357 snub daily, just haven't found the right deal yet :)

You'd love the Ruger SP101. It's stainless, has a little heft and isn't too hard on the recoil. I love mine and it disappears on my ankle.

Perceived recoil is subjective, and honestly, most folks feel as if the ACP is a softer shooting caliber due to it's lower chamber pressures.

9mm -- but I'm going to be making a switch at least gun-wise. I'll be trying 5.7x28mm for a bit, and later on the road possibly 45acp when the XDs comes out.
