    Two words which should make it blindingly obvious: "Wardrobe Malfunction".

    I, too, agree that the fines levied for that particular incident were way overboard, and that the entire incident was blown entirely out of proportion, and that the FCC has overstepped its bounds for regulating the airwaves vs. content control.

    The FCC should license the public airwaves and that's it. Nobody appointed them the morality police.
