    Atterbury was intimidating for me as well. Their website does not explain all the rules and procedures, nor weapons & ammo allowed/not allowed.
    A friend of mine was yelled at for grabbing a target off his table during the cease fire and again for not having the action open on his AK47. (if an action will not stay open on its own, you need to hold it open with a zip tie)
    I was yelled at for having a rifle on a table behind the shooting line (action was open and clear). We were packing up our stuff to leave when the ceasefire was called....he wasn't too upset. lol
    They are strict, but understanding. I really enjoy the range. A great place to go, considering I have no land of my own to shoot on.
