Depends, do you want a bolt action upper that fires 50bmg? That exists.

So far about the most gnarly thing you're going to get right now is a 338 lapua in an AR platform.

50bmg would need to be MASSIVELY larger. The serbu BFG-50A 50bmg is the closest thing to what you want, sold.
