What kind of "guy" are you?

Ok just a little fun here. Nothing too serious.

What kind of gun "guy" are you? We all have friends who are "Glock guys" or "1911 guys", meaning they tend to gravitate more toward that particular pistol platform. At least more than others.

So please don't start a "Glocks are better than EVERYTHING!" war, or "why I think 1911's are superior to anything else. . ." An explaination of why you like that type is perfectly acceptable.

I'm just curious how many people classify themselves with a particular brand.

I liked my XD at first but found out I could shoot glocks better, but ended up picking up a SIG that I could shoot even better. So I picked SIG, glock would be close 2nd.

shoots where i point it, never fails, fits me perfectly. easy to train wife/daughter with.
i am 100% comfortable with my G19, and i trust it with my life, and those around me.

I'd have to be a sig guy. When given the choice I'd rather shoot them.

One HUGE thing to note. I am not a Sig guy because I have 1 handgun. Or even 1 type of handgun.

I have many types but due to ease of carry and care and I enjoy shooting them I am a Glock guy. At least untill I shoot the Sig P6 I just picked up.

carried a 1911 of some sort longer than any of the others, still like the glock and sig. i don't feel undergunned with any quality, serviceable pistol or revolver. i also train on most platforms in order to be able to train others on their gun instead of mine.

Realy doesnt matter to me as long as it works
