Didn't take him long to start bombing **** like Democrats like to do.
Maybe that should be in a What has Biden done wrong thread?

I don't read every post but just glancing....28 pages of What Biden has done right seems excessive!

    I am a capitalist.

    Companies need to make money.

Government regulation beyond breaking monopolies* is detrimental to both companies and consumers.

*AT&T breakup was bad for consumers for a few years, but look at how far we have come.

The breakup got me a job in 1988, which turned into a 30 year career, so I am OK with Judge Greene's antitrust decision.

Huh? It broke open technology improvements because not just one company controlled long distance anymore. Dozens and dozens of tech companies got into that business and that helped to feed the economic expansion in the 90s. A market controlled by one company is not a free market. And besides, AT&T is basically back together now anyway. All the Bells got broke up, and then eventually they started buying each other out, and here we are. And that's fine. Because now they're no longer a monopoly. They're just one competitor amongst many. THAT's what makes capitalism great.

It got me a job in 1984. Ma Bell was just getting broke up. Bell Labs became AT&T Technologies. AT&T moved parts of the business out of New Jersey into NC, and I happened to be living in NC fresh out of college in need of a job. Sucked though because they sent us to NJ to have those guys train us how to do their jobs.

You can find some people that are really happy with the latest stimulus package. I am not one of those people. What is it, a 1400 check but taking on 85k in debt?
