While some avatars are way cool, a lot are just foolish. Actually, this being a gun owners forum, I feel some members choice in avatars actually hurt our cause.

You mean we can't own a gun and have a sense of humor at the same time?

Personally I don’t get a warm fuzzy feeling being around a grown man with a loaded gun who has a Sponge Bob avatar and talks like a middle school student. Call me old fashion. There is sense of humor and then there is immaturity.

Mine says "I know what you're thinking. "Did he fire six shots or only five?" Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I kind of lost track myself. But being as this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?"

Mine is the flag of the 28th NC infantry. My great, great, grandfather served in Kane's Brigade along with two brothers and a brother in law. I'm named after him and am proud of both facts. Also says I believe in State's Rights.

Since everyone here has at least one hobby in common, I thought I'd post a pic from another hobby of mine. I thought it might scare up a few other 4x4 enthusiasts.

First bright picture I found so I could find it easily when scrolling through 30 posts on a page to see what's new AFTER my last post...
