Squirrel rig almost done. Usable, but will send the Redfield in over winter for 50 yd parallax conversion ($25).
Bbl is from a 513T (Fred DeWitt made it, some folks might remember him) and is chambered short (proly for match ammo- reg LR will misfire now and then).
Runs longs or shorts just fine. This my CB launcher.
Have another .22rf for long rifle ammo.
Just finished kydex cheek raiser. Backfilled with epoxy and velcro'd to top of stock. A little less obnoxious than the type I made for my .35 Rem TC (but that one proly more solid).
Gun is way front heavy with 24" bbl. Might have it cut back to 21".

A little closer view of comb raiser and sponge paint (auto primer mix w white for various shades).
Used .060" to keep seam edge thin, with epoxy fill I was not worried about flex.

@ the corner of IN, KY & OH.
Bow is a Pearson Bulldog, Carbon Express Terminator Hunter arrows and Wasp broadheads.
Shotgun is a scoped Mossy 500 12 gauge and Federal Tru-ball rifled slugs.
Handguns a scoped Ruger Super Redhawk .44 Mag.
Muzzleloader is a .50 cal. Knight Disc rifle.
I bow hunt mostly. But I like to gun hunt on windy/crappy days.

Oh yeah, my .35 Rem TC will be retired after this yr :)
Finally got a Ruger 1 to rebarrel.
Will redo in .35 Rem, even if the laws change.
Don't think they ever made them in that.

The possible donor for the .35 rem of next yr.
    Hate the forend.
    Will swap to Alex Henry.
Put my 2-7X Leupold on after deer season, test and maybe try for a yote.
Boring wood, and crap cell pic.

I'd love to see some better pics down the road of this beautiful gun, with and without scope, etc.
