Lots of AR mags at Bradis. $16 for metal (limit 2 per person), $13 for plastic. Bought 2 metal ones. My GF offered to buy two, but I declined - my panic level is not that high.

No AR ammo, very little AK. Very little 22lr ammo - not sure why.

The side room where they display shotguns and used rifles looked like a Christmas tree lot on Christmas Eve.

The room was vacant last week when I was out there getting some .308 ammo and looking for Ruger .22/45 mags. They were out of Mags and I got some of the last .308 they had at B-II

Man, people must be desperate to be cleaning out the inventory at GM with their ridiculously overinflated prices. Well, I guess if they haven't raised them then they're probably in line with what some others are selling stuff for.

Actually the opposite of what you would infer. Price gouging, at least in the Fort, is localized to the LGSs and gunbroker. Picked up some $12 PMAGS from Gander and sold a price matched Glock 19 for $469.99.

That's a good price. Our GM prior to all this was $19.99 for a 30-rounder.

I panicked and bought 4 bags of marshmallows

Come on down and I'll build us a fire. The sticks are already cut.

I did buy some mags. And it took me a little while to find them.
After years of procrastinating about a 9mm AR I bought a Colt 6951.
Actually I put the Colt on layaway on 12/12/12.
And since the gun came with 2 mags I was in search of a few more, and did manage to get 4 more ordered.
That should be the end of my shopping for a good while though at some point I would like to pick up a few spare parts that are specific to this gun. I'm in no rush on that.

Saturday I found some magazines for my Glock 17. I only had one 17 rounder.
I purchased 3) KCI 17rd ones for $12.95 each with free shipping.

I would not call it a panic buy, but the current situation did move me to buy a Glock 20SF the other day. I've been looking at this gun for something like 3 months and knew it would eventually end up in my safe. I figured if I wait too much longer, it will either no longer be available or it might go up in price. It was listed at $575 3 months ago and was still listed at $575 at Elmore's on Friday. I ended up buying it for $550 and am a happy camper now.

I did pick up a pair of 30 round AR mags for $16 each at Bradis yesterday which is more than I would normally spend on them, but less then I would if I waited until Feb to buy a couple of spares.
