Man, we've had tyrannical government since 1865 - no sense getting this riled up when it's been pretty rotten for awhile now! The path to slavery is slow and none have done much to resist the slide so far... relax, man. reform is going to require 219 arrests for violating the constitution and their responsibilities as representatives of the people. They need to be held accountable so they realize they are not above the law. Thats the problem today, they all think they are above the law and untouchable.

People with insurance that's better than what the government thinks you should have will be taxed at up to a rate of 40% on their plans. Medical appliances will have an excise tax added to them, (can't recall what the rate is). Those making more than 250K a year are going to have to pay higher taxes to fund the governments plans. The old people now get all their meds paid for by those who don't suck at the government teat. How are these even remotely not infringements on certain people? Of course, we'll have to live with these for the rest of our lives, just as we do with the previous socialisation plans that dems and reps foisted on us. It's passed and it's here to stay. Republicrats have zero chance of repealing it, even if they had the will to do so, which they don't.

Don't forget the student loans in there and if i remember correctly there is a seed for more gun control in this bill. There's more than meets the eye fellas. This isn't just health care.

i will repost my comments here from another thread. i think they are more appropriate here too.

we will survive, and prevail! we are all Americans by right. we have overcome the greatest of obsticles and challenges, we have overthrown tyrany and oppression, beat back communism, and socialism. and laughed in the face of all those that said true liberty and freedom would never ring! never lose hope because of the faulty and foolish actions of a government that has lost sight of the peoples wishes and who mocks those who allow it to exist. Our founding fathers are not rolling in there graves tonight my fellow patriots! They are standing tall somewhere with gazing eyes looking to all of us and asking what will we do about this mockery of what they built for us and charged to us to be the keepers of for posterity. What will we do? Well i can tell you what i will do. I will continue to fight the good fight. Obviously the time for phone calls and common courtessy has long passed, so now is the time for action and strait foreward talk!! Now here is the time to toss out the filth that lurks in OUR HOUSE! THE PEOPLES HOUSE! I will be standing with any TRUE AMERICAN PATRIOTS I see, and i will help them in any way I can to be elected to bring back HONOR and the VOICE of THE PEOPLE into OUR HOUSE! And if we shall fail in that endeavor because it is just too far gone then I believe the time will have come to once again follow in our Founders course of action. I do not believe that any one Government was ever intended to be loved by our founders! GOVERNMENT was and is a neccessary evil that was created to maintain a neccessary balance, but if the balance ever became un-equal then measures were put into place to re-align it.
