Walther P22?

Fun gun to shoot. My brother-in-law has one (w_adam_d). After shooting it I decided to get one of my own. After my friend shot mine, he decided to get one of his own. :P

Great gun for the money. Did anyone mention how cheap .22 ammo is yet?!

Good gun but dont use cheep ammo the one i had liked remignton gold ammo worked great

Love mine. I bought the one with both barrels and the only problem I had was that the cheap, stamped wrench for removing the barrel nut went bad (sprung).

A Walther P22 with a laser sight is one nice firearm. Bought one last year at a gun show and after taking it to the woods for some practice and testing the wife now has possession of it at her night stand. she loves the no kick and the laser along with the multiple shots. you will not be dissatisfied!

Another happy P22 shooter here. I've fed a couple of bulk packs through mine by now, after starting it on a few hundred mini-mags and stingers. Runs smooth, and fun to plink away with! Download the P22 Bible, and follow it to clean up any issues.

Maybe I should look for a suppressor......

Bought a NIB with the 5" barrel at the 1500 gun show in March from Plainfield Shooting Supply. My wife loves it because she can easily rack the slide. It is also her new nightstand companion. I know lots of peope say they are picky on ammo, at least at first, and you should break them in with several hundred stingers. Not having any stingers and only a few odds and ends of other 22s, here is the exact diet in the order I've fed mine wihout a single failure of any kind.

50 Rem Thunderbolt
50 Win Wildcat
30 Federal Bulk
20 CCI Mini mag
100 Federal Bulk
70 Win Wildcat

392 Total

No failures and plenty of the cheap stuff shot up.
Lots of fun to shoot.
It's a keeper in our house.

Ive put at least 500 rds thru mine, not a single failure. Mainly used the cheap walmart federal bulkpack ammo.

All ya gotta do is make it to thenext NWI shoot that we have at the Winimac DNR range and you will have an opportunity to shoot one. I bring mine along each and everytime I am there, and it's a favorite for everyone that shoots it.
