I clearly need practice..... and Mag Pouches.
watching the videos of me shooting, I struggled to collect spare mags.

practice is cheating. hehe. i think you did quite well retrieving mags from everywhere. mag pouches will keep your mags all in one place. they don't have to be super trick or anything, in fact mag pouches are one of the pieces of gear that a concealable one works as well as a competition pouch.

I didn't know there was going to be new shooter to fill in my spot at the bottom of the results. Hope with this forum we can keep getting me shooters out. rhino are you going to start coming back to Atlanta now that it is under new management?

i want to point out the new draw that pami learned. due to where she wears her holster, safety dictated she point her hip down range on the draw. her carry position is quite safe and valid, but the uspsa rules are absolute.

and it is fun. real fun.

Maybe? Give a try once. Third Sunday at WVPPS would be a great time and place. First Sunday at South Central would not be bad either.

The vid was great, even with the mind numbing music. Fenway, W9ZEB and Pami were very inspirational to a wannabe like me. My goal is now to get there, one of these days.

The guys at WV were great. I would highly recommend you go there to shoot your first match. I just wish it was closer for us on the N. side of Indy.

I'm going to wait for the dust to settle first. I'll consider it in 2009, but probably not before then for a match or two. I won't be rejoining as a member there, though.

It's too far from my house. It takes about an hour and 20 minutes to get there.

If I join another club, it will Wildcat Valley. They have a better facility and it's only 40 minutes from my house.
