Have a feeling that if everything eventually comes to light, there’s going to be a collusion between government, healthcare entities and big pharma that makes the cosa nostra look like the Mickey Mouse club. There are a lot of people getting rich off of this “crisis”…
Yep. Can’t remember the exact amount, I read it yesterday but it was billions of dollars. The whole damn situations a conspiracy, from the election to the virus to the vaccine, awful lot of coincidences involved to rule them out.

That’s a fair response. They issued a statement saying there was no evidence it was effective. Maybe they’re just covering themselves since it’s too early to tell. Still, the conspiracy angle just doesn’t add up.

It's the same angle as hydroxy.

And the same people screaming from the roof tops.

Maybe this is why Merck is keeping its mouth shut? From June of this year…

    Ah ha!

Yep, why market something literally anyone else could make and profit from when you have a product with exclusive rights and government money behind it?

That’s more compelling. It is supposed to treat “mild to moderate” COVID cases. Why even bother?

    Same case with ivermectin.

You take it when you're pretty sure you're infected or sick with covid, before you're hospital level ill. And the story goes that it reduces the severity.

Some of this, at least from the press and pols, may be TDS. It's incurable, so even though he's out of office, they've conditioned themselves to automatically reject any intervention except the jab because of the whole hydroxy kerfluffle while he was in office.

I have a question about the ivermectin hush conspiracy...

At this point they know a significant portion (20-30%) aren’t going to take the vaccine for whatever reason. Why would Merck NOT want to sell ivermectin to that group, if it did work? The theory I keep hearing is profit, but Merck could be making money off of it. Besides, they don’t have a vaccine to sell anyway. The logic doesn’t seem to hold up.
One possible reason: liability concerns (aka high negative profit potential).

Another possibility is that high level of altruism for which the big names in the pharmaceutical industry are widely renowned.

It's a conspiracy, just the same old boring one to which most working for corporations are (internally) party; let's do whatever we think will maximize profits :)

Hey. Pfizer could then go for the subscription model and just bill the government monthly per user.
That's what the booster shots are - a residual revenue business model for big pharma. I just read Israel is already preparing for a fourth dose treatment. Before these vaccines were even available the CEOs were saying annual or semi-annual doses would likely be necessary, so perpetual vaccination was always the business plan.

Before rhamersly posted the above link, I was going to suggest that it’s as simple as marketing - it’s hard to sell a product that the government has gone out of it’s way to poo-poo and badmouth for the sake of narrative, in addition to the low return on investment since it’s no longer patented.

However, I’m more inclined to think that it’s due to their new wonderdrug in the pipeline.
