Flashlights mounted on guns was a topic of discussion on the Enos forums a few years ago. Some insisted they were sighting devices. In my opinion, they are an external weight, so that's why only open division should allow them. Anyone who shoots a match with a light mounted on their gun has interests other than winning the competition (probably), so I don't think it would bother them to shoot in Open.

I'd still recommend you shoot Limited though, to hell with all that reloading since you are using a .40.

I am gonna start saving for mine now
I have about 350 rounds through my new Brazos Trojan and I think I'm gonna like it.
I still need to get some Base pads for my mags then I think I'm good to go in SS. Maybe make the switch after the state match
