Really was not as bad as it could have been. I want to thank everyone who came out and shot the match. And to all of those who helped tear down a real big Thank You.
We had a smooth match even with the rain. If you had a good time tell your friends and drag them along next month.

Next month's match will be expanded. Four field courses and four classifiers. Did I mention you will see at least a couple of stages from the upcoming Indiana Sectional?

    See you on the range.

Good match, even with the rain!

A few pics before I put the Ma Deuce of DSLRs up for the day.

My new XD had a malf on the first stage. Had to take it apart at home. Crap. Thanks to Joe for offering alternate gear. Next week I will keep the Wilson in the truck just in case.

Great match. Especially considering the weather. Looking forward to the expanded match next month.

JOC, are you using truncated cone ammo, and what is the OAL?

I think I'm still a little moist in certain areas.

Next time I intend to be ready with my jumpsuit constructed of entirely of tampons. Shortly after the rain starts, I'll be not unlike the Michelin Man, but I'll be dry on the inside. I'll just need Coach and Jake to pull really hard on the string after the match is over.

Thanks to a zone and the whole ACC crew for getting the job done under difficult conditions!

    Rhino,

Great to shoot with you today. Even if you had a double that I missed and a range equipment failure I ignored.

You figure out what happened? What had an XD shooter in our squad, had no problems and I'm thinking he was using factory ammo.
